At the heart of our work, all made possible with the help of our supporters, is the sense of gratitude that comes when we are able to distribute vital resources to those who we help.

Whether a working mother, who is living check-to-check to feed her family, or a senior citizen, who no longer works and simply doesn't have the means to provide regular meals, the clients we assist come from various walks of life. With this in mind our approach since inception, is a simple one: we don't ask who or why, only how we can help.

Our "Stocking the Shelves" initiative and "Brown Bag Feeding Program" (in conjunction with corporate-sponsored "Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwich Making Days") are essential means through which we are able to provide and distribute food. In addition, canned food drives held by our supporters also raise vital resources and provide nourishment.

If you are interested in holding a food drive to benefit St. Francis Food Pantries and Shelters, please contact us for details.

Groceries are something that every household should have access to. These volunteers spent the day preparing bags of food for our clients.

The pantries we support have some of the most hands-on staff and volunteers! It is hard not to smile when you're doing work that is this important!

"It feels so good to be able to pay it forward." We are so proud of our work and the supporters who help to make it all possible!

Fresh bread, galore! No one ever leaves empty-handed. Thank you Macy's!

Carole Ercole is all smiles as she helps families select the food at a "Pantry of Choice."
Pantry clients are eager to choose food for themselves and their families.
"Sorting food with my best friend, to help someone in need is a day well spent!"
These canned food deliveries will feed countless New York area families.
Thank you to everyone who makes it possible to "Stock the Shelves" and distribute food!
